Street Out Lots, except that part of Lot 26
of said Fort Street Out Lots deseribed as follows :
Commencing at the northwesterly corner of said

This is written in respanse to the application of Spiegler
Construction Co�npany for a permi� to install a 76-car parking lot
in conju�tion with a proposed 72-unit aparfirnent building on property
located on the south side of Stewart Avenue between Horner arri Rankin
Streets. See attached legal description.
At the March 20, 1969 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff reported
that the property was zoned Light Irdustry, th� plan meets the design
standards for this type facility and the Traffic Engineer had given
his approval noting the inadequate provision of off-street parking
spaces. The staff concurred, �eelin� that 76 parking spaces for 72
apa.rtm�nt units was insufficient.
It was the finding of the Board of Zoning that the application
met the current 8oning Gode requirements and, therefore, voted
unanimously to r�comm�nc� approval. ,
