to construct a gasoline filling station on property located
on the east side of White Bear Avenue between. Interstate 94
and Burns Avenue, more particularly described in said C. F.
No. 233399, in accordance with plans dated March '7, 1967 ; an.d
WHEREAS, Council File No. 236784, adopted and approved
January 23, 1968, granted an extension of time to Skelly Oil
Co. ; and
WHEREAS, Council File No. 23965'7 , adopted and approved
August 1, 1968, granted an extension of time to Skelly Oil
Co. for an additional ninety days; and
WHEREAS, Council File No. 241027, adopted and approved
November 20, 1968, granted an extension of time to Skelly
Oil Co. for an additional ninety days; and
WHEREAS, Council File No.� 241916, adopted and approved
January 28, 196g, gran.ted an extension of time to Skelly
Oil Co. for an additional ninety days; and
WHEREAS, Skelly Oil Co. cannot initiate construction of
said structure by the expiration date of such extension; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the life of this permit be extended further
for an additional ninety days.

Gentlemen:
Re: C. F. #241916, 5pecial Use Permit, Skelly Oil
Station, 5. E. Corner of White Bear Ave. and I-94
On January 28, 1969 the City Council granted. a 90-day extension
for the Special Use Permit on the above-described. property. I have received
another request from Skelly Oil Co, for an ad.ditional 90-day extension
because Suburban Avenue has not yet been constructed., and further changes
on White Bear Avenue in connection with construction of I-94 have not been
c ompleted.
This department has no objection to further extension of this
permit, and. if Council approves, it is my recommendation that the City
Attorney's office be directed to prepare a resolution to that effect.
