WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Comnissioner of Public Safety has authori2ed overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from March 22, 1969
to April 4, 1969: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who perforn�ed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinances No. 6446 and No. 3250.
