under Preliminary Order 242781 approver� March 25, 1969
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda�is.
to construet and/or reconstruct the sidewalk on the west side of �Cemt St. Lrom
Front Av�:� to: W. La�rson Ave. and bq doing all ott►ar �ork which is `necessary 'aad
incidental to complete said isprovem�at, eucept wherd good and sufficient poured

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cast thereof is $- 3.50 per lin. ft. for 5" walk
$ 4.20 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 14th day of
May_, 1969 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.1VI., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City I3all Buildin� in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, sta.ting the time �nd place of
hearing, the na,ture of the improvement and the total cost thereof a� estimated.
