The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report af the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered s�id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sid�walg on both sidaa of Bidwell 3t. fron �i. Page St. to W.
Baker St. and on the aorth side of W. Page St. from Bidwell St. to Dodd_8oad and

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�t� day of
�1,av. 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Caurt
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and plac�e of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
