In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Ottawa Avenue from
West Stevens Street to West George Str�et and by doing all other work which is
necessary and incidental to complete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 2�.2753 approved March 21, 1969
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
- upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
ta reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Ottawa Avenue from West Stevens
Street to West George Street and bq doing sll other work which is necessary snd
incidental to ccimplete said improvemfe�Q,� except where good and sufficient poured
sidewalka now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.50 per lin ft for a 5' wide walk
$ 4.20 per lin ft for a 6' �ide walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 13th day of
Ma�, 1969 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.1VI., in the Cauncil Charnber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Cammissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons �,nd in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
