The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report af th�e Commissioner of F�nance
upon ,the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the`said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recomtnends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side df Arnndel St. from Van. B�ren Ave. south
to the alley approa. 124 ft. and by doing �ll other work w�ich ia aecessary and
incidental to cosplete said isgrovu�ent.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is �•50 per 1i�. it. for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public nearing be had on said improvement on the 13 th day of
Ma�t,, 1969 „ , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance giv,e notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
