The Council of the City of St. Paul having received 'the report of the Commissioner of I+Snance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the.said report and the same is hereby approyed and_adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
`2. Th�t the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to re�onstruct the- eide�alk on the svuth side of Co�o Ave. frcm Scudder St. to
Sa3�ond Av�. and by doing all other work which ia neceasarq and incidental to complete

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13 th day of
May, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance gi�e notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner pxovided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the'improvement and the total oost thereof as estimated.
