COUNCIL ESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes the issuance and sale of general obligatiog bonds of said .
City in the par value amount of $4,UOU,OUO for the purposes cont�plated
by Chapter 459, Laws of Minnesota for 1967, Regular Session; be it
FURTHER RESOLYED, that said bonds shall bear date the first
day of the �onth in w}ich they axe sold; that such bonds shall be in
the form of serial bonds, a portion of which shall be payable each
year after issuc, but ncm� of said bonds shall run for a lvnger period
than forty (40) years; a�d the Council of the City of Saint Paul shall
by its subsequent resolution fix the denomination and form of said bonds,
the dates of �aaturity tl�ereof, aad the details and d�,te of the sale
of the same; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to initiate preparation o� the appropriate
documeats Iovking to�aard the sale of such bonds.
