WHEREAS, Ordinance No,► 3250 authoisizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
March 22, 1969 to April 4, �969 therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees wF�o perform such over-
time work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 6446, and No. 3250
