RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract to ASSOCIATED PRODUCERS, INC. for furnishing 50 Barrels
(Approximately 2.750 Gallons) Elm Spray to be delivered to the City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Parks, Recreation & Public Buildings, Bureau of Parks - Como Shop, 1100 No. Hamline
Avenue, St. Pau1, Minnesota, for the contract price of $8,250.00, such bid being the
lowest in accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal Bid ��3453 of said
company, and Associated Producers, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and
the �orporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract
therefor and the proper City Officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
