The Council of the City of S� Paul having received the report af the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same ia hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be roceeded with. �
2. That the natu�of the improvement which the Council recommends i,s
to reconstruct the sidevalk vn the north side of S�it Ave. fro� Snelling Av�. to
Fry St. and by doing all other s�or� which is necessary and incideatal to complete ,< ,
said i�rovement, except where good a�d suffieient poured sidewalks naw exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is ��•50 per 1 in. f t. for 5' walk
k.20 per lia. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7 th day of
l�ay, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chaxnber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St.Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance �ive notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
