The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Cammissioner of �'inance
ttpon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improveme�t �
is her.eby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the CounciI recommends is -
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the sou�h side of Hartford Ave. frc� Kheel�r 'St. tia �

R,esolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �� day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. 3'hat the Commissioner of Finance give not'ice of
said meeting to the perxons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co�t thereof as estimated.
