The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered aaid report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be.proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the iFnprovement which the Council recommends ia'
to coastr�ct a storm relief sewer in liorgan Avenu� fra�a �olatte Place to Wercester
Avenue; in Worces�er Avenua` from Colette Place to Saint Paro�l Avenxe; to be kne�

` with no altQrnatives, and that the estimated coat-thereof is $ 50,371.00
R,esolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the $th day of
Ka�,, 1969 , at t}�e hour of 10 dc�lcek A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City H�:11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the ma,nner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the natu�e of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
