The Council of the City of St. Paul havin� received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby_. resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is-�ereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recammends is
to reconstrucc the sid�walk on both sides of flheeler 3t. from Lincoln Ane. to 6rand
Ave. and by doing all other Work �hich is necessarq and iacid�ntal to co�pltte sai�
imprcveneat, except where good and suffieieat poured sidepalks naw exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.50 per 1iu. ft. far 5' �a1k
$4.20 per lia. ft. for 6' watlk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 29th day of
ri , �9l�9 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
