04-217Council File # 04-Z�'1 Green Sheet # ��,� RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 Referred Committee: Date Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for FORT ROAD ADDITION # 3 WHEREAS, Parking Services Inc., has submitted for City Council approval the attached preliminary and finai plat for subdivision of property at the SW corner Smith and Keilogg Blvd. to create two commerciai parcels; and WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended conditions, that it rneets the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property includi�g all property situated within 350 feet of the subject property; and WHEREAS, the City Councii held a public hearing on the proposed plat on February 4, 2004, where all interested parties were given the opportunity to be heard and the Councii considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached preliminary and final plat for FORT ROAD ADDITION # 3 at the SW corner Smith and Kellogg Blvd. subject to the following conditions: 1. The developers consuit with the Saint Paul on the Mississippi Design Center to ensure that the new development conforms to the building design guidelines found in the Saint Paul on the Mississippi Development Framework. 2. The applicant shall file a copy of the Cou�cil Resolution approving fhe plat with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office.
