WHEREAS, William H. Weitzman has requested permission
to construct a public storm sewer and sanitary sewers in. a
portion of Maryland Avenue, place fill material, slope, a��tpcon-
struct a catch basin in Herbert and Orange Streets, gra���sb.d
construct a temporary pavement on a portion of Herbert � . �;�t,
which work ' ully set out and described in ordinance,
C. F. No. , which is now pending before the
Council of e i y of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS� The performance of all of the said work is a
matter of extreme urgency and necessity to said William H.
Weitzman; and �
WHEREAS, Ordinance, G. F. No. ��_, granting

prepared and introduced to the Gouncil of the Ci�Gy of Saint
Paul March 28th. , 1969, and has been read before the City
Council, with eventual adoption set to occur or� Apa�ill6�

RESOLVED, That subject to the eventual ado��-ion of the
above-referenced ordinance and in view of the extreme
' urgency of the request, the Commis�sioner of Pu.blic Wtsrks is "
hereby authorized and directed to issue a pexmit to William
H. Weitzman for the construction of t o k described and
set out in said ordinance, C. F. No. , the permission
and authority being expressly subjeet..: o 'comp iance with all
of the same conditions d re uirements as set out in the
ordinance, G. F. No. � , � pending before the Council
