RESOLVED, that Richard E. Johnson be paid the sum of
$3 ,937.50 out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his �
injury of January 30 , 1966 , while in the employ of the
Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police , whereby he
suffered a 25� permanent partial disability to his baek;
that $3 ,937.50 is now due and payable.
