Gentlemen:
Pursuant to Council File No. 240?81, T wish to announce for
your consideration and approval the membership of the Insurance
Committee. I firmly believe that the insurance program of the
city has many inherent problems and i feel that we will find
solutions only as we work with the competent professions in the
insurance industry. This committee will be advisory only, hut
T know their work will result in many progressive programs
that will benefit all of Saint Paul. �
