RESOLVED, that Jerome Dolan be paid the sum of $1,575.00
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of March 17� 1965 ,
while in the employ of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau
of Police, whereby he suffered a 10$ permanent partial disability
to his back, and that $1,575 .00 is now due and payable.
