WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authottizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WNEREAS, the Comnissioner of Public Safety�has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from March 8, 1969
to March 21, 1969: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6446 and No. 3250.
