upon thE above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:`
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved atid adopted, and the said improvernent
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.

said meeting to the persona and iri the manner provided by the Charter, stiating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co,�t thereof'as estimated.
