been reached �egarding the sidewatk assess�ent for the property at
94 Moe�nds �led., Richard Piepgras, c�wner and,
I�MEREAS, Under the ter�s of th� settle�eat, the Ctty ef St. Paul
will pay a portion of tt�e sidewalk assessment i� the a�ncunt of $67.7q;
now tMerefore be it�
RESOLVED, That the sum of $67.79 be charged to the Permanent
Imp�ove�ent Revoiving Fund, Code 6�0�, Comptrotler's Contract No. L-6924
and this sa�e fund to be reimbursed f ro� the City's Share of Local
