WHERE, WHY)' The State and the City of Saint Paul are working together to reconstruct the Trunk Highway 5 Bridge, including aesthetic lighting and aesthetic metal bridge railing, from the western limit of this bridge, over the Mississippi River to Munster Avenue, and aiso on the Shepard Road Bridge over Trunk Highway 5.
