WARE'S CUMBERLAND ADDIflON PLAT 1; thence Westerly along the south line of said Block 1 to the southwest corner oF said Lot 5, Block 1; thence Southeriy along the easterly right of way line of Cumberland Street to the point of beginning and there terminating. Also, the entire alley in Block 8 as dedicated in the plat EDWIN M.
