'�1HEREAS, Additions which �ight prove to be necessary in the Improve�ent
described as the YORK AVENUE RELIEF SEWER from Jessie Street to DeSoto Street,
Co�ptroller's Contract L-7069, F. Morettini Construction Company, Contractor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions
because the egisting street surface at the Burr Street intersection consisted
of a 6 inch concrete base with an asphalt surface instead of the oil-gravel
surface indicated in the plans and special provisions:

Remove concrete base 33 sq. yd. @ $1.50 $ 49.50
Replaee 6" concrete base 33 sq. yd. @ $5.25 173.25
Total Additions $222.75

Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amot�nt of $222.75 is the correct
sum to be added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$222.75, �sid aoount to be added to the lt��p sum consideration named in the
contract, known ae Co�ptroller's Contract L-7069, and which amount is to be
financed from Cepital Iaprove�ent Bond Fund (9267).
