The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 241150 approved Dec. 3rd. 19 68
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the south side of St. Anthony Ave. from Cretin
Ave. to Finn St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to com-
plete said improvemeat.
