directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

The Coimnissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 241151 approved Dec. 3rd. 19 68
relative to reconatructing the sidewalk on both sides of Geranium Ave. from Galtfer St.
to Marion St. and by doing all other work which is necessary aad incidental to complete
said improvement.
