Whereas, In connection with the construction of Sidewalks under the
1967 Sidewalk Contract 67-M-396, District No. 2, Levy No. 8, Comptroller's
Contract L-6923, Alfred A. Arrigoni , (nc., Contractor, certain non-assessable
work was, through error, assessed against parts of Lots l , 2 and 3, Block 5,
Terrace Park Addition, and
Whereas, It has been determined that the City of St. Paul will pay
this non-assessable portion of the sidewalk assessment in the amount of
$25.64; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the sum of $25.64 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 6000, Comptroller's Contract No. L-6923 and this same
fund to be reimbursed from the City�s share of Local Improvement Fund,
Code 0920-701. (1g69) .
