In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sidee of Cleveland Av�.
from Carroll Ave. to Boblyn Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order Z4127b approved December i2, 1968
The.Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby`approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recoxnmends ia
to reccrostruct the aidewalk on both sides o€ C1en�l�.nd Ave. from Carroll Ave. to
Roblyn Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary a�nd incidental to
co�plete said ic�roveffient, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now
: exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated c�st thereof is $3•50 per 1in. ft. for 'Si walk `
$4.20 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 11 th day of
,
February, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.NI., ir� the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
sa,id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, atating the time and place of
heaxing, the na,�ure of the improvement and the tatal cast thereof as estimated.
