Sprafka� Commissioner of Public Utilities , over the signature of William E. Carlson, Commissioner� Department of Public Safety, a copy of which letter has been marked "Exhibit A'� and is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference ; be it FURTHER RESOLVED! That the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to take the requisite action to carry out the intent of this resolution as more fully outlined in the aforementioned Exhibit A. In accordance with a discussion between yourself, Assistant Corporation Counsel Robert 0'Connell, and Deputy Chief of Police � Robert Freischel, it is agreed that forty spaces for private vehicles . operated by police personnel will be permitted to use the area �ust • , east of the weighing scales. The money collected for use of the parking lot stickers for these forty spac�es will be transferred on invoice from your department. According to the ordinance before the . City Couneil, the fee will be $5.00 per vehiele sticker per year.
