The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon �he above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
' 1. That the said report and the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the na�ture of the improvexnent which the Council recommends is
to reeonstruat the sidewalk on both sidee of Fuclid St. fro� Maria Ave. to Bates Av�.
aad bq doi�ag all other Work which is aecessary and incidental to camplete said i�-
proveme�t, exa.ept where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist.

with no alternatives, and that the estimated oost thereof is $3.50 per lin. ft. for S' Walk
$4.20 per lin. ft. for 6' walk '
Resolved Further, That'a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 11th day of
February, 1969 , at the hour of 10 o'elock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. Th�t the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, ata;ting the tim�e and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. ''
