of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to Use Districts,
Height Districts and rezoning of certain properties in the Gity of
, Saint Paul, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
so as to rezone the following described property from "B" Residence
District to Commercial property, to—wit:
Lots 18 and 19, Stinson' s Sub—
� division of Block 111 of Lyman
Dayton' s Addition to St. Paul;
situate on property located on the north side of Beech Street
between Mendota and Forest Streets in the City of Saint Paul.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to 64, inclusive,
of the Saint Pau1 Legislative Code, pertaining to Use Districts,
Height Districts and rezoning of certain properties in the City of
Saint Paul, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
so as to rezone the Yollowing deseribed property from "B" Residenee
District to Commercial property, to—wit:

C. DESIGN STA:'JDARDS: Meets the design standards, providing adequate maneuvzring area,
drainage to St. Albans Street, and an 8' planted buffer area along the north edge
of the parking area. The City Architect's office has reviewed and approved
indicated building setbacks.
D. FRONTAGE AND AREA: The frontage is along St. Albans Street and the cul-de-sac with
an area of approximately 51,997 square feet. Lot coverage is 34.64°�.
E. TRAFFIC ENGINEER: Has reviewed the plan and recommends approval as to traffic
considerations.
