September 26, 1968, said amount was set aside in the Treasury of
the City of Saint Paul, in cor�ne�tion w3.�h the taking under �he
power of eminent domain of that aertain land described ae follow� :
The Westerly �#5� f eet of the Northeasterly � of
�o� �F, Irvine� Addition of Dutlot� to t�e Town
of 3t. Pau1, aacord3ng to �he plat �hereof on
file and of record in �h� office of the Register
of De�ds 3.n and for Ramsey County, Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, the landowners� Daniel M. Pilla and Qarlyn Pi17.a have
perfeeted an appeal from the award to the Dis�rict Court of �ama;�y
County, but, b��a�ns� of the press of cases and o�her mat�ers p�nding
before said court the parties may not h�ve �heir rights de�ermin�d
for some t�.me; tha�, in v3.ew of the ex�rer�e need for appellants to
loeate an alternative place of residenae for �hemselv�s and their
ehildren, it serves �he publie purpo�e to release a portion of the
funds �o aid the lanclowner in his need; and
WHEREA3, it is unders�ood that Daniel M. Pilla and Carlyn Pi11a
a�e to exeeute a a�ipula�ion for a aourt order of �he Ra.m�ey Coun�y
� Distri�t Cour� direeting the release of �12,000.00 of said award;
