Thomas R. Byrne, Mayor and Members of the City Council Gentlemen: This department, on December 31, 1968, wrote to the owners of 118 North Western, whom we believe to be Tazewell Construction Company, Dr. Wallace Fritz, 2089 Upper St. Dennis Road in this city. At that time we asked that the building be secured to prevent its entrance by unauthorized persons. However, our inspectors now report that the building has not been properly secured and we have received many reports of this building being entered. and, looted, and. we request permission to immed.iately make arrangements with the Public Works Department to secure this build.ing to stop the unauthorized. entrance. We realize that the 15-day notification period. has not expired, but feel that this is an extreme emergency and that something must be d.one. ry truly your , Robert L.
