RESOLVED, That the Council hereby app.�oves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
COPPER TUBTNG to the City of Saint Paul, Water Department Storeyard, Hamline
and Carroll, Saint Paul, Minnesota to CRANE & ORDWAY COMPANY for the contract
price of $20,075.00 in accordance with city plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid ��3331 of said Crane & Ordway Company, such
bid being the lowest and said Crane & Ordway Company being a reasonable and
reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draft the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to esecute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
