RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Award of the Industrial
Commission, dated December 23 , 1968 , Loretta G. Schwartzbauer
be paid the sum of $10 ,800 .00 out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the Water Department Fund, representing 237 plus
weeks of dependency compensation at the rate of $45.00 per week
due Loretta G. Schwartzbauer, widow of George Schwartzbauer,
former employee of the Board of Water Commissioners , who died on
Apri]. 3 , 1968 ; that $1,485 .00 shall be paid in one lump sum to
Loretta G. Schwartzbauer, representing accrued com�ensation from
A�ril 3 , 1968 ta and including November 20 , 1968 , and that the
remaining balance of $6 ,615 . 00 be placed in a trust account at
the American National Bank, St. Paul, with the restriction that
withdrawals cannot be made in excess of $180.00 per month;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation ,
$2175 .00 shall be deducted and paid directly to Faricy and Green,
as and for attorneys fees herein, and $525 .00 be paid to Arnold
M. Bellis to satisfy the attorney's lien herein.
