RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awaxds contract for furnishing •all
, labor, materials and services necessary for or reasonably incidental
to the wrecking at 1666 Ames Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, :' °
to MINNESOTA LUMBER & WRECKING CORPORATION in accordance with City
Specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid
#2685 of said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corporation, for the
contract price of $675.00, such bid being the lowest bid meeting
specifications, and said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corporation
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Pau1.
