1 VI�IEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Pazks and Recreation has received donations from the Sanunit Avenue Residential
2 Preseroation Association in the aznount of $1,600, and from the Garden Club of Ramsey County in the amount of
3$600, both to be used towazd the Blooming Saint Paul iniriative; and

5 WT�EREAS, Parks and Recreation wishes to accept these generous donations, and to set-up an appropriate spending
6 and financing plan; and
8 NOW TFIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon the recommendation of the
9 Mayor, and the advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $2,200 is a�ailable for
10 appropriarion in the Capital Improvement Budget, and that the 2004 budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by
11 Council, is hereby further amended as follows:
