The assessment af bene f its, c os ts and expens es for and in conneetion with
the above improvement having been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having considered saxne
and found the said aasessment satisfactory, therefare, be it
RF�,SOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
R,ESOLVED FURTHEl�, That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 5�
day of Februarv, 1969 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Gom�issioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and pl�ce of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lota of the particul�r
owner to whom the notice is directed.
