Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of Toni Company for
a permit to install a 282-car employee parking lot on the south side of
East Fourth Street east of the Lafayette Street Bridge. The property is
indicated on the attached legal description.
This matter was considered at the November 21, 1968 Zoning Board
meeting. The staff reported that the proposal conforms to design
standards, has the approval of the Traffic Engineer and Sewer Department,
and would not be detrimental to the surrounding area.
The Board of Zoning, therefore, recommends approval of this application
for a perrait to install a 282-car parking lot.
