GONTRAtJTORS, IIIGr for the contract price of $149,300.00, in accordance with Contract
Documents and specifications and Formal Bid #3247 of said contractor, such bid being
the lowest and said bidder being reasonable and reliable, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to dra€t the proper form of contract therefor, and tl�e proper
City offieials hereby are authoriaed to execute said contract on behalf of the Citq
of Saint Paul.
