WHEREAS, the �ffiee of the Corporation Counsel has
certified in writing that it is in doubt as to who is entitled
to the award of damages, in the axnount of $1,070.00, for the
taking of property described as follows:

Addition to the City of St. Paul Ramsey Co. Minn. ,
except the West forty (W. 40) feet thereo£, according
to the plat thereot on file and of reco�d in th� offiee
of the Regist�r of Deeds in and for Ramsey County,
Minnesota;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 225811, approved
November 3, 1965, and amended to increase. it to said amount by
Resolution of the Council of the City of Saint Paul, Council File No.
238577, approved on the 14th day of May, 1968; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said amount of $l,Q7o.00,
payable to Frederick L. Weston, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for the party or parties
entitled thereto. �
