RESOLVED, That the award of �16,750.00 previously allowed
to John B. Trisko and Clara M. Trisko, husband and wife , in the
condemn.ation proceedings pursuant to Resolution of the City of
Saint Paul , Council File No. 235916, approved November 29, lg6'7,
which was charged to the PIR Fund to be reimbursed from Bond Fund
7200-ST-32, and set aside in the City Treasury under Resolution
of the City of Saint Paul , Council File No . 240366, approvecl
September 25 , 1968, be and hereby is increased to �19,000.00 for
the condemnation and taking of the following land, situate there-
in, to-wit:
Subject to and with easement; except Street and except
North one hundred twenty (N. 120) feet; the East forty-
eight and five tenths (E. 48.5) feet of Lot one (1) , ��
Irvines Addition of Outlots to the Town of St. Paul ,
according to� the plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in a.nd for Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
RESOLVED, Further, That the proper City officers are author-
ized and directed t�o pay said total amount of �19,000.00 upon the
claimants ' execu.,tion and delivery of a dismissal. of their appeal
from the original award, of a warranty deed subject to the dr�.ve-
way easement connected with the land, and of a quit claim deed of
their interest in the driveway easement.
