RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of Saint
Paul are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an
agreement between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the Chicago and North—
western Railway Company and the City of Saint Paul concerning
railway—street crossing at Bidwell and Plato Boulevard in
Riverview Industrial Project, Project No. R-26, as more
particularly set forth in said agreement.
