RESOLVED, That the proposed special service contract
by and between the City of Saint Paul and the Northwestern.
Bell Telephone Company, providing, among other things, for the
furnishir�.g and main.tenance by said company of specified tie
` lines, ducts, and other facilities for and upon application
of said Gity, necessary therefor and to be used in said Gity� s
Police and Fire Alarm Signal System for the calendar year of
, 196g, in consideration of the payment therefor by said City to
said company of the stipulated aggregate con.tract price of
�8, 862. 20, be and the same said contract hereby is approved
and authorized and the proper Gity officers hereby are
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the same in
the name and behalf of the �ity; and that all payments on
such account in behalf of the Gity shall be made from Fund
0170-202, Police and Fire Alarm -- Telephones.
