RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award. of the
Contract Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing
the wrecking of structures and performance of miscellaneous site work
and cleanup located at 507-509 Woodward and 513-�13z Payne Ave., ST.
Paul, Minnesota, to A. KAMISH COMP,.l�NNY for the contract price of $2�200.00
(plus Engineeri.ng and Inspection 10� - $220.00)� in accordance with plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and Formal Bid #3555 of
said A. KAMISH COMPANY, such bid being the lowest and said A. KAMISH
COMPANY being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor,
and. the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
