RESOLVED� That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for RUBBISH HAULING for the
MUIVICIPAL Auditorium, 1�3 West rourth Street, Saint Paul, I�iinnesota, Department
_ of Libraries, Auditorium and Civic Buildings, during period of one year
beginning with date of award of contract, with option of renewal for one year
if agreeable to both parties, to JAMES M. C,ASHILL for the contract price of
approx.i.mately $1,650.00(at unit price bid), in accordance with City specifi-
cations therefor and the Formal Bid �3600 of said JAMES M. CASHILL, such
bid�b�ing the lowest and said James M. Cashill being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper
form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
