Approving City of Saint Paul's 2005 Legislative Priorities List
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has approved the following items as part of its 2005 Legislative Agenda;
2 now, therefore be it
3 RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul lists its 2005 Legislative Agenda as follows:
Bonding (in rank order):
1. Bioscience - $20 million
6 2. Phalen Corridor -$4 million
7 3. Ordway Center -$10 million
8 4. Highland Clubhouse -$4 million
9 5. Como Zoo - $300,000
10 6. Desnoyer Pazk - $388,000
11 7. Raspberty Island -$73 million

• Increasing caz racing penaldes from reckless/careless driving to forfeiture
• Increasing penalfies for crearing and selling fake ID's by changing penalty from a gross misdemeanor to
a felony if there is evidence of many ID's created and sold
