BESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commiasioner of Public Works be and is hereby instri�cted and
directed to prepare plans;and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city aflicials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-

relative to reconatructinst the sidewalk on the south ssde of W. Hovt Ave. from Ghelsea
St, to the east lot line of Lot 13. Blk 9, Chelsea Hei�hts Addition and b doint� all
other work which is necessarv and incidental to comnlete said improvement.
